Production Information
A titanium flange is a component made from titanium or titanium alloy that connects pipes together at their ends. It features holes for bolts that secure two flanges tightly, with gaskets used to ensure a leak-proof seal. Flanged pipe fittings refer to pipe fittings that include flanges. These flanges can be manufactured through casting, screw connections, or welding. A flange joint consists of two flanges, a gasket, and bolts and nuts. The gasket, placed between the sealing surfaces of the flanges, deforms under pressure from the tightened bolts, filling surface irregularities and ensuring a secure, leak-proof connection.
The Anti-Rust Titanium Blind Pipe Flanges, sized at 3/4" and available in Grades Gr2, Gr7, and Gr9, are designed for long-term durability in the chemical industry. These flanges, which meet standards such as ANSI B16.5, ASME B16.5, EN1092-1, JIS B2220, and DIN2627-2628, come in a range of sizes from 1/2" to 30" NB (NPS 1/2 to NPS 24). They support pressure ratings from PN0.25 to 32 MPa and various classes (150LB to 2500LB). The flanges feature raised face (RF), flat face (FF), tongue and groove (TG), and ring joint (RJ) sealing surfaces and are both forged and CNC machined for precision and reliability.
