ANSI B16.5 Ti-Pd alloy WN pipe connector DN50 titanium welding neck flange
Titanium flanges are parts made of non-ferrous metal titanium or titanium alloys to connect pipes to pipes and to pipe ends. It can be cast, screwed or welded. Flange connection consists of a pair of flanges, a gasket and some bolts and nuts. Gaskets are placed between the sealing faces of the two flanges. After the nut is tightened, the surface of the gasket will deform when the specific pressure on the surface reaches a certain value, and the uneven part of the sealing surface will be filled to make the connection tight and leak-proof.
